Hi all! I'm a first-gen Latina from Eagle Pass, Texas, with a passion for science outreach & communication. I received my BS in Geology from the University of Texas and currently work as an Outreach Coordinator for GeoFORCE Texas, a STEM youth outreach program at the Jackson School of Geosciences. I've seen firsthand how science communication can have a positive impact on communities, and am passionate about giving other families the opportunity to experience science in a way they connect with.
