Realizing the potential of the new blue economy will require developing new workforce training approaches to provide students with the skills and experience relevant to future industry opportunities. Rutgers in partnership with external commercial partners have developed a new Masters of Operational Oceanography (MOO) focused on providing hands-on experience relevant to addressing actual needs of industry.
