Maui County relies heavily on imports for about 90% of its food, making it vulnerable to shortages. This NASA Acres consortium project, in partnership with local organizations, hopes to enhance food security and support farmers by combining satellite data, machine learning, and local surveys. This presentation updates the project's progress, highlighting the development of tools and collaborations to support agricultural practices in Maui County.
