Our research team has integrated FossilSketch as an outreach tool to engage high school students in marine biology and marine science research during the Texas A&M University Galveston Sea Camp. FossilSketch provides students with an interactive platform to explore real-world scientific applications of microfossil research. Through guided exercises and educational games, students examine authentic microfossil datasets from the Texas coast—an area they study and observe firsthand during their week at camp.
