This study presents a post-flood damage mapping method using fully polarimetric ALOS-2 SAR and Sentinel-1 coherence, requiring no ground truth data. By fusing polarimetric features and coherence-based labels, it enables accurate, scalable, and label-free damage assessment across diverse landscapes, even in data-scarce or cloud-obstructed conditions.
