We present a novel approach for national-scale above-ground biomass (AGB) estimation that meets IPCC Tier 3 standards, utilizing high-resolution (3m) satellite imagery. Our model captures fine-scale spatial variations in forest biomass and quantifies AGB changes induced by disturbances such as wildfires. This high-resolution mapping capability enables more accurate carbon accounting and provides critical information for forest management and climate change mitigation strategies.
