We are meeting the growing demand for InSAR skills training by offering annual online short courses to interested participants worldwide. We use a cloud-based platform that does not require participants to install any software themselves or have a research-grade computer. We use interactive tools to teach the use of authentic software, and make all of the codes and videos available for all to use. Our course, offered through the EarthScope Consortium, has taught over 900 participants from over 30 countries in the last seven years. In this presentation, we recount our successes, challenges and lessons learned.
