In this study, 42 years monsoon dynamics and rainfall extreme events analyzed across Bangladesh. Annual rainfall analysis revealed significant decreases in rainfall frequency Faridpur, Mymensingh, and Madaripur district. Wet spells in northern and northeastern districts went down, while southwestern districts indicated growing dry spells.
