DI21A-05: Compositional changes in lowermost mantle driving surface evolution in the early Earth

Computer models of how the Earth evolved over time are often driven by observations we make in the present day. However, the structure, composition and dynamics of the early Earth would likely have been very different. We present results from numerical models of the evolution of the inside of an Earth-like planet given different possible starting conditions for the Earth.
