GP21A-0313: A geomagnetic record of the Lower Mammoth (ca. 3.314+/- 0.034 Ma) polarity transition recorded in the Icelandic and Rhyodacite Mauna Kuwale long volcanic sequence Wai’ane Volcano, Oahu, Hawaii

We have sampled for paleomagnetic and rock magnetic studies a long volcanic sequence at Mauna Kuwale mountain, Wai'anae Volcano, Oahu, Hawaii, where we sampled 25 cooling units of Rhyodacite and Icelandites, where we found a polarity transition corresponding to the Lower Mammoth transition and 40Ar/39Ar indicated and age of 3.314+/-0.034 Ma
