SM23C-2469: Statistical Properties of Electron Injections From The Space Test Program(STP) Sat-6 Solid-state Energetic Electron Detector (SEED) And The SuperMag SMRIndex
We present results of a statistical study of 1200 days of electron measurement from the STP Sat-6 Solid State Energetic Electron Detector (SEED). SEED detects electrons over an energy range of 15 keV to 148 keV with a time resolution of ap- proximately one minute and has been in continuous operation since 15 Jan 2022. Electron flux (particles per energy per time per steradian per area) data is binned
in both time and energy and then compared to the Su- perMag SMR ring current index. Both storm-time and quiet-time activity is studied.
