Seismology on the Moon and Mars today is comparable to where Earth seismology was at the turn of the 20th century when seismic instruments were beginning to enable the determination of Earth’s major internal boundaries. For the upcoming chapters, several future missions are preparing for launch, with the earliest scheduled for next year. These include the Farside Seismic Suite (NASA) and Chang'e 7 (CNSA), both headed to the Moon, as well as DragonFly (NASA) to Titan, all equipped with seismometers. We invite contributions that explore the seismic data from Mars and the Moon - ranging from investigations into their tectonics and internal structures to studies of seismic activity. Additionally, we welcome concept studies aimed at the exploration of Venus and the icy satellites of the giant planets, as well as applications of seismology on Earth to enhance our understanding of other planets through comparative planetology.
