The Earth is a dynamic planet. The quantification of manygeophysical phenomena, e.g. sea level variations, co-andpost-seismic deformation, glacial isostatic adjustment, localsubsidence due to natural or anthropogenic causes, loadingeffects, ice sheet and glacier mapping, mitigation of naturalhazards, but also precise orbit determination of artificialsatellites, rely on the availability of a global terrestrialreference frame, such as the International Terrestrialreference Frame (ITRF). The session solicits contributions fromscientists determining or using global reference frames fortheir applications, focusing on error budgets and otherlimiting factors. Papers from analysts of space geodetictechniques (DORIS, GNSS, SLR, VLBI) and their combination,in the context of the ITRF2020 Updates are particularly welcome.Papers on the exploitation of past ITRF solutions and the latest2020 solution Updates are also encouraged.
