The geoscience workforce is encountering several challenges and opportunities in the 21st century, including enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion; adapting to evolving technologies and data sources; addressing global and local environmental issues; retention; and engaging with various stakeholders and communities. This Town Hall provides a platform for the community to convene and share ideas, insights, and best practices aimed at not only increasing the geoscience career pipeline but also retaining early-career geoscientists within the field.
