As federal agencies migrate Earth science data to the cloud, data preservation risks and solutions for cloud stewardship require reevaluation, differing from on-premises archives due to data scale. We will share experiences and future plans for cloud archive stewardship.

We will also explore how open infrastructures foster scientific communities, advance discovery, and support well-being, crucial for a thriving 'scientific commons.' We will discuss interoperability, knowledge representation, collaborative tools, and governance to build a community around open science, mutual support, collective stewardship, and collaboration, contributing to 'flourishing studies.'

Geospatial information is transforming through data growth, AI, and advanced processing, aiding modeling and decision-making for various domains. Innovations in observation, cloud migration, and data stewardship are advancing with AI-readiness and machine-to-machine communication. New approaches are vital due to recent government science resource reductions. We will discover federal agency and industry tools, applications, and innovations in AI, Machine Learning, cloud, and data stewardship.
