Early career researchers (ECRs) have organized this session to highlight research performed by fellow ECRs within the field of Atmospheric Science. Students, postdocs, or other early career professionals are welcomed to submit abstracts that may highlight a specific research project or present a broader overview of completed, ongoing, or proposed research. We welcome submissions from across Atmospheric Science disciplines as well as from other related sections, as this session is intended to help foster community building between different research areas. Presentations will consist of short (3-5 min) flash talks, followed by time for 1:1 or small group Q&A, discussion of future collaborations, and network building among ECRs and across career stages. This session may also be considered for the GeoBurst format. ECRs submitting to this session will also be able to submit a different abstract to another Atmospheric Science session or alternate section at AGU25 if desired.
