This interactive session will address how to become a constructive and concise reviewer in the peer-review process. The session will be led by AGU editors, who will discuss how to get started as a reviewer and some basic principles of peer review. We will explore reviewer guidelines, including how to manage your tone, structure your review comments, and acknowledge your own biases. We will also discuss AGU’s co-reviewer program and how to set the next generation of reviewers up for success. This session is geared towards early career researchers and will include a panel of editors with ample opportunity for discussion and engagement.
